I got this for personal use and it’s a great in between an iPad and a larger screen laptop. I need it for the office products like word. This felt like a good deal compared to the other versions especially with the storage and speed. It comes with windows 11. Delivery was fast, secure and packaged safely. The charger is different than the typical usb-C. Doesn’t have have many ports for other connections like a monitor, guess will have to buy a port extender. I like the compactness and would be able to fit into my tote bag easily. I’ll update more once I have additional use.

1. Ultra light and portable form factor with very productive 3:2 aspect ratio based display, which is super even at 50% brightness (use this and your battery will last you well past your regular work day of 8-10 hours easy)
2. Quite nippy even for a 10th gen Intel i5
3. I am a Cloud Architect and a Senior Director of a team of Techies, in my daily routine, I do several long Teams audio plus video meetings, I keep my Outlook as well as 3 browsers (Edge, Chrome and Firefox) open all the time, with a total of ~20+ open tabs in all, I work on my VS Code at the time as well … with all of these daily concurrent payload, I have never seen or felt any throttling, fanning noise, over heating, slowdown or any issues whatsoever

Disappointments:
1. No backlit keyboard, even though the keyboard is top notch and a pleasure to type on
2. Not available with an i7 option, 32 GB RAM, and at least a 512 GB - 1 TB SSD option, the max is 16 GB RAM and 256 GB SSD (only in the Business edition) which is OK if you do not need to install a lot of SW locally, which I need to for development purposes e.g., VirtuaBox, Docker Desktop, etc.

Had so many issues:
1. Seller failed to properly display delivery instructions, creating arbitrary rules as a default, it was a nightmare to track down, wanting to place the blame on UPS (simply wasn’t the case)
2. Laptop began immediately freezing, stalling, had to open up task manager nearly immediately
3. Return time! Sadly I had to return what I thought was a steal. I paid $707 total, seller only wanted to refund HALF ($300) for the box it was shipped in! I had to contact Amazon A to Z to fight that ridiculous claim. What box cost $300? Maybe sell good products efficiently and professionally and you want have to scan customers because they’re unhappy with your scummy service. I didn’t want to leave a review, but after that latest cash grab, I felt obligated to let potential buyers know who they’re dealing with.
