MUHAMMAD WAS WORSHIPED BY HIS COMPANIONS DURING HIS LIFETIME

The companions of the Prophet or Sahaba were the disciples and followers of Muhammad who saw or met the prophet during his lifetime and were physically in his presence.

Modern teachings of Islam state: “There is no deity but Allah and Muhammad is the ‘messenger’ of Allah”.

But the remains of the ‘Cleaned up’ history hidden in hadiths in the form of riddles states otherwise. The authentic Islamic sources indicate that Muhammad was worshipped by his companions (Sahaba) during his lifetime.

The following sample of hadiths that supports the above claim is taken from Sahih Al-Bukhari, the authentic collection of Islamic scriptures regarded by the Muslims next to the Quran across the globe.

Sahih Al-Bukhari 5:57:19

Narrated 'Aisha:

(the wife of the Prophet) Allah's Apostle died while Abu Bakr was at a place called as-sunah (al-'aliya) 'Umar stood up and said, "By Allah! Allah's Apostle is not dead!" 'Umar (later on) said, "By Allah! Nothing occurred to my mind except that." He said, "Verily! Allah will resurrect him and he will cut the hands and legs of some men." Then Abu Bakr came and uncovered the face of Allah's Apostle, kissed him and said, "Let my mother and father be sacrificed for you, (O Allah's Apostle), you are good in life and in death. By Allah in Whose Hands my life is, Allah will never make you taste death twice." Then he went out and said, "O oath-taker! Don't be hasty." When Abu Bakr spoke, 'Umar sat down. Abu Bakr praised and glorified Allah and said, No doubt! WHOEVER WORSHIPPED MUHAMMAD, then Muhammad is dead, but whoever worshipped Allah, then Allah is Alive and shall never die."

Sahih Al-Bukhari 5:59:733

Narrated 'Aisha:

Abu Bakr came from his house at as-sunh on a horse. He dismounted and entered the Mosque, but did not speak to the people till he entered upon 'Aisha and went straight to Allah's Apostle who was covered with Hibra cloth (i.e. a kind of Yemenite cloth). He then uncovered the Prophet's face and bowed over him and kissed him and wept, saying, "Let my father and mother be sacrificed for you. By Allah, Allah will never cause you to die twice. As for the death which was written for you, has come upon you."

Narrated Ibn 'Abbas: Abu Bakr went out while Umar bin Al-Khattab was talking to the people. Abu Bakr said, "Sit down, O 'Umar!" But 'Umar refused to sit down. So the people came to Abu Bakr and left Umar. Abu Bakr said, "To proceed, IF ANYONE AMONGST YOU USED TO WORSHIP MUHAMMAD, THEN MUHAMMAD IS DEAD, but if (anyone of) you used to worship Allah, then Allah is Alive and shall never die. …..”.

CONCLUSION: According to the teaching of Islam the cubical structure ‘Kaaba’ in the holy city of Makkah is regarded as the house of Allah. Then what necessitates Muhammad to promote a new city Madinah some 300km away from Makkah?

The idea behind the promotion of the new city Madinah was to give equal importance to Muhammad the same as Allah. The Haj pilgrims across the world are under compulsion to visit Madinah while the entire rituals of the haj end at Makkah itself.

The above hadiths are proof that Muhammad was given equal importance similar to Allah.

The above self-explanatory pictures of Muhammad are taken from the 12th-century Islamic manuscripts that show a halo circular glow or flames around the head or around the whole body of Muhammad.
